The MT2 is a fast response temperature probe suitable for leaves – based on a 2K microchip thermistor (see specification for details).
The thermistor is protected by a vinyl dip coating to improve response time. The thinness of the coating makes the probe unsuitable for use in water, or in very wet environments.
