DeltaLINK Sensor Library Update

for DeltaLINK 3.9 or earlier. Future DeltaLINK versions higher than 3.9 will have these changes in already.
Below you can download a sensor library which contains the latest new sensor changes.
Includes: RHT-SDI12-T6 RH and air temperature sensor, ES4-SDI12 pyranometer and QS6-SDI12 PAR Quantum sensor.
