All Technical Support requests made directly to Delta-T Devices will be acknowledged with a reference number within one working day.
Please ensure you quote the reference number subsequently so that we can easily trace any earlier correspondence. In your enquiry, please provide instrument serial numbers, software version numbers, and the approximate date and source of purchase.
